2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting. The provider for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). When you visit our website, Google automatically processes information transmitted by your browser, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser used and the operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. According to Google, IP addresses from Firebase Hosting log data are deleted after a few months.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of our website pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In this context, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF); an adequacy decision of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR exists for companies certified in this way. 4. Contact
If you contact us by e-mail, we store your e-mail address and – if provided by you – your name and telephone number in order to answer your enquiry. We delete the data arising in this context as soon as storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures; otherwise, it is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Cooperation with processors and third parties
If, in the context of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transfer data to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this shall only take place on the basis of a legal permission, if you have consented, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using web hosting providers). If we commission third parties with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called "data processing agreement", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to third countries outside the EU or the EEA only take place if the requirements of Art. 44 ff. GDPR are met, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (for the USA: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Deletion of data
The data processed by us will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR or their processing will be restricted. Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent its deletion.
7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
